The Magical Cleaning LLC employees will always do their best to make sure you are 100% happy with your cleaning. However, if you feel your home was not cleaned to your satisfaction please call the office before 10:00 a.m. before 4:00 p.m. so that we can make arrangements to send your cleaner back to correct any overlooked areas.
We do not offer refunds on services that have been provided. Although we are professionals, in some cases we are not miracle workers. Sometimes we are called in too late to correct damage that is already done to surfaces from neglect. Other items may take several cleanings to look their very best. Your cleaner will keep you informed of all efforts made to these problem areas. In case of extremely cluttered areas we reserve the right to use our best judgment in whether or not to skip these areas in order to avoid damaging items or hurting ourselves.
